Peaking it lead this morning due to the President’s speech last night 31th, December 2016, for the celebration of a 2017 New Year, Facebook, and Twitter welcomed a new hash tag #CholehMe, minutes after the president said “Vive le Cameroun”.
The two letter words is chosen by the angry English population as an indirect way to express their attitude toward the president’s speech.
“Choleh Me” a typical pidgin English word meaning “I don’t care” “let me be” “allow me” …is now the new code of conduct by most celebrities as their only respond for the moment they could give to the president’s speech.
Breaking this morning is the dance hall queen, Ewube joining the chorus with others using the tag as her song title. See.
Followed is a hand of the celebs this morning…
From all indication, the hash tag may soon cross to the French speaking part of the country as even some Francophones after the speech almost shut down Facebook with negative posts .
Happy New Year y’all
